What is Tesamorelin?

Tesamorelin is a laboratory-studied compound that mimics the body’s natural growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). Rather than acting like growth hormone itself, Tesamorelin is researched for how it signals the body to release its own growth hormone through established biological pathways.
